BOONE, Iowa---Funeral arrangements have been set for 93-year old Merle Hay Bass of Boone County, Iowa and most recently of the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa. Following cremation, a Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, January 17th at 1:30 PM at the Chapel of the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Chapel of the Eastern Star Masonic Home, Tuesday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service at 1:30 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Chapel at that time.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church in Boone or to the Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation.
