BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 103 year old Nina (Avise) Pritchard Shearer of Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Saturday, February 4th at 10:00 AM at the Stevens Memorial Chapel, 607 28th Street, Ames, Iowa. Burial will be held at the Nevada Municipal Cemetery of Nevada, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Stevens Memorial Chapel in Ames, Friday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Chapel, Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family and will be used to support missions.
