Visitation will be held at the Walter~Schroeder Funeral Home at 5th and Story Streets in Boone, Thursday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will greet friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, a memorials has been established in memorial of Shirley Elaine Snider for the Companion Animal fund, ISU College of Veterinary Medicine in Ames, Iowa.

Military Honors will be conducted graveside by the Boone Veterans Council.
