BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 85-year old Fern "Annie" Ahrens of Boone, Iowa and the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Saturday, July 2nd at 2:00 PM at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 281 Spruce Lane, northeast Boone County. Burial will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery next to the church.
Visitation will be held at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 2:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Church at that time.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

BOONE, Iowa---Funeral arrangements have been set for 92-year old Eldon Wayne Smith of the Westhaven Community in Boone, Iowa and formerly of Luther, Iowa. A Memorial Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, July 6th at 10:00 AM at the Squire-Boone Cemetery located southeast of Boone, Iowa. At his wishes, his body has been cremated.
There will be no visitation.
Memorials may be directed to the family and will be used at their discretion.

OGDEN, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 63 year old Lyle D. Conklin of Ogden, Iowa. The service will be held Friday, July 1st at 10:30 AM with a Mass of the Christian Burial at St. John's Catholic Church in Ogden, Iowa. Burial will be held at St. John's Catholic Cemetery in Ogden, Iowa. Military Graveside Rites will be conducted by the Boone Veterans Council.
Visitation will be held at St. John's Catholic Church, Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. There will be a scripture reading at the church Thursday at 7:00 PM.
