BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 56-year old Wendell Jay of Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Friday, November 5th at 10:00 AM at the Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone, Iowa. Burial will be held at the Squire Boone Cemetery located southeast of Boone, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Stark-Welin Chapel in Boone, Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the at the Chapel at that time.

Visitation continues Friday at the Stark-Welin Chapel from 8:00 AM until the time of the service at 10:00 AM. The family will be present and receive friends at the Chapel at that time.

Those wishing to express their sympathies through a memorial may direct their gift to the family for a memorial to be determined at a later date.
