BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 92-year old James Lamer of Boone, Iowa and the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Friday, January 28th at 12:30 PM at the First United Methodist Church in Boone, Iowa. Burial will be held at the Eastlawn Memory Garden in Eldora, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Thursday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Visitation continues Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Boone from 11:00 AM until the time fo the service at 12:30 PM.
Memorials may be directed to the family and are to be used at their discretion.
The Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone is in charge of these arrangements.
