Eileen Hook

BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 90-year old Eileen Hook of Des Moines, Iowa and the Wesley Acres in Des Moines, Iowa formerly of Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Wednesday, November 30th at 10:00 AM at the West Des Moines United Methodist Church, 720 Grand Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa.  Interment will be held at the South Marion Cemetery south of Stratford, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Wes Des Moines United Methodist Church, Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  The family will be present at the Church at that time to receive friends.

Visitation continues at the Church, Wednesday from 8:30 AM until the time of the service at 10:00 AM.

Those wishing to express their sympathies through a memorial may direct their gift to the West Des Moines United Methodist Church, Wesley Acres or Wesley Acres Hospice.  The family would also like to give special thanks to the staff at Wesley Acres and Wesley Hospice for providing their mother with great love and care during her stay at their facilities.
