John Sawyer

BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 89-year old John Sawyer of Boone, Iowa.  The service will be held Wednesday, January 18th at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa.  Burial will be held at the Sacred heart Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.  Military Honors will be conducted by the Boone Veterans Council.

Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM.  There will be a Rosary Service at the Funeral Chapel, Tuesday at 3:00 PM.  There will be a Vigil Service at the Funeral Chapel, Tuesday at 7:00 PM.  The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Visitation continues Wednesday at the Funeral Chapel from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM.
