A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 9th at 10:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church in Boone, Iowa. His body has been cremated. Burial of the cremated remains will be held at the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6ht and Marshall Streets in Boone, Friday from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Visitation on Saturday will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Boone from 9:00 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 10:00 AM.

A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 8th at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church at 703 Arden Street in Boone, Iowa. Burial will be held at the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa Friday at 9:00 AM, prior to the service at the church.
Visitation will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Boone, Thursday from 5:00 PM until 7:30 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the church at that time. There will be a Masonic Rites service Thursday at 7:00 PM, conducted by the Mount Olive Lodge No. 79, AF & AM of Boone.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Boone City Parks Foundation designated for the Skating Pond at Herman Park or to the Shriners Hospitals for Children in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
