BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 94-year old Helen Cook of Boone, Iowa and the Eastern Star Masonic Home in Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Saturday, June 9th with a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa. Burial will be held at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Boone, Iowa.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Friday from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. There will be a Rosary recited at the Funeral Chapel, Friday at 3:00 PM. There will be a Vigil Service at the Funeral Chapel Friday at 7:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel, Friday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Visitation continues Saturday at the Funeral Chapel from 8:00 Am until 9:30 AM.
Memorials may be directed to the Church of the Sacred Heart, the Eastern Star Masonic Home or the Boone County Hospital Foundation all of Boone, Iowa.

Burial will be held at the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa. Military Honors will be conducted by the Boone Veterans Council.

The service will be held Thursday, June 7th at 10:00 AM with a Funeral Mass at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Ames, Iowa. Burial will be held at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery located northwest of Gilbert.
