BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 79-year old Jim Pearson of Moingona, Iowa. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 5th at 1:00 PM at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Iowa. His body has been cremated. Burial of the cremated remains will be held at the Oakwood Cemetery in Moingona, Iowa. Military Honors will be conducted by the Boone Veterans Council.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel Saturday from 12:00 PM until the time of the service at 1:00 PM
Memorials may be directed to the family and will be used to help establish a Memorial Fund at a later date.
The Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone is in charge of these arrangements.
