BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 58-year old Edward "Ed" Frazier of rural Boone, Iowa. The service will be held Tuesday, September 7th at 1:30 PM with a Funeral Mass at the Church of the Sacred Heart in Boone, Iowa. His body has been cremated. Following the service Military Honors will be conducted by the Boone Veterans Council at the Veterans Monument in the Linwood Park Cemetery in Boone, Iowa. Disposition of the cremated remains will be held at later date.
Visitation will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone, Monday from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Chapel Monday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
Visitation Tuesday will be held at the Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM.
Memorials may be directed to the American Diabetes Association, the Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation or to the family to be used at their discretion.
The Schroeder Memorial Chapel at 6th and Marshall Streets in Boone is in charge of these arrangements.
