BOONE, Iowa---A funeral service has been set for 99-year old Lois G. Cowan from the Boone and Luther areas of Boone County, Iowa. The service will be held Thursday, April 21st at 10:30 AM at the First United Methodist Church at 7th and Arden Streets in Boone, Iowa. Burial will be held at the Rose Hill Cemetery located east of Luther, Iowa.

Visitation will be held at the Walter~Schroeder Funeral Home at 5th and Story Streets in Boone, Wednesday, April 20th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The family will be present and will receive friends at the Funeral Home, Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Visitation Thursday will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Boone from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at 10:30 AM.

Memorials may be directed to the family and will be used at their discretion.
